To become happy is sometimes much harder than becoming depressed.
- Don’t follow your dreams.
- Don’t exercise. (so the endorphins won’t be released)
- Don’t do something productive with your day.
- Don’t care about what you eat.
- Don’t socialize.
- Expect your life to be perfect.
There maybe other factors as well, such as it may have gotten to you through your genes. Or you are in a tough situation, but if none of them are feasible this list is the way to go!
