How To Become Depressed.

To become happy is sometimes much harder than becoming depressed.

  • Don’t follow your dreams.
  • Don’t exercise. (so the endorphins won’t be released)
  • Don’t do something productive with your day.
  • Don’t care about what you eat.
  • Don’t socialize.
  • Expect your life to be perfect.


There maybe other factors as well, such as it may have gotten to you through your genes. Or you are in a tough situation, but if none of them are feasible this list is the way to go!
